Okay so I LOVE baking!!! Decorating cakes literally calms me down I LOVE it. But I ALWAYS eat the scraps as I go and feel like absolute shit after because instead of clean eating, its crap. I totally can’t bake anymore!! I heard chewing gum while baking helps you not eat the scraps but I eat everything while eating gum because I’m too lazy to get a new piece after… Any suggestions?
Is it bad that I need spell check to correct every time I write exercise?

Idk about you guys, but I way prefer exercising at night. Just walked/jogged for an hour! Feelin thinner already! Lol i wish…
Delish but probably terrible to bathe youre teeth in lemon all day. Although it makes me feel cleansed, and you can keep reusing one lemon slice, definitely mix it up with cucumbers to give youre pearly whites a rest! (sorry no need to go all dentist…)
